Overview Of The Role:
- The Service Contract Controller is responsible for ensuring the profitability of service contracts within the Bus Division of FAMCO. This role requires the collation and analysis of data, generation of reports, and communication with various stakeholders, including customers, the workshop team, and senior management. The Controller must maintain customer satisfaction through efficient technical and commercial interactions while ensuring all reports are presented accurately and on time. The role is critical in managing service contracts, preventing potential penalties from delayed repairs, and thus significantly impacts the business's financial and operational success.
What You Will Do:
General
- Collate information from the ERP system and other sources related to Service Contracts and generate timely reports.
- Alert the workshop manager and higher management about exceptions that may affect the profitability of service contracts.
- Present reports related to service contracts to higher management within specified timelines.
- Prepare and share relevant reports with Principals related to Service Contracts within specified timelines.
- Maintain contact with Service Contract Customers for technical and commercial matters, ensuring positive customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the workshop and sales teams to ensure service contract objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyze service contract profitability, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding service contract management.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive or a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service contracts management within a reputable automotive dealership.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and sound technical knowledge of service contracts.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and effective communication skills in English, with Arabic as an advantage.
