UAE National - Service Advisors | Toyota & Lexus | UAE

 

About the Position:

We are currently looking for competent & performance driven Service Advisors with premium brand experience to work with our Toyota & Lexus team across the UAE.  Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop, they are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence. 

 

This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Group. It will work 5 days a week with 2 days off.  Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will also earn attractive incentive on your good performance.

 

As part of our Service team, your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Attend promptly and greet with a smile
  • Ask Question and record customer requests without delay
  • Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at workshop.
  • Empathize and clarify customer requests.
  • Check workshop situation and promise delivery time.
  • Check and ensure accordance of invoice and work performed.
  • Inform customer after work completion and agree pick up time.
  • Clear explanation of the job done and invoice and guide to the cashier.
  • Promotion of value added services
  • Resolution of Customer concerns at the earliest time and ensures satisfaction.


About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good general level of education. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical and communication skills.You should be highly motivated and passionate about cars.
