Overview Of The Role:

  • The Service Advisor is pivotal in ensuring a professional and seamless customer journey, focusing on customer retention and promoting the company's profitability. This role involves implementing standard processes, upholding service values, and maintaining quality to achieve high customer satisfaction scores. The advisor also plays a significant role in enhancing sales by upselling products and services while adhering to health and safety standards. What You Will Do:

Customer Service and Retention


  • Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process.
  • Execute customer service values and AF values at all times to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times to enhance customer experience.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities as outlined in the business SOP.

Sales and Profitability


  • Increase profitability through sales and upselling of incremental packages for products and services.
  • Implement 5S at work for operational efficiency and quality service.

Compliance and Development


  • Comply with health and safety requirements to prevent harm to the environment.
  • Engage in learning and development by upgrading knowledge of new technology, work procedures, time standards, and relevant technical skills.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to execute service values.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive body parts and repair processes.
  • Ability to maintain quality standards and implement operational best practices.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile).
  • 3-6 years of experience in a reputed workshop as a Body & Paint Service Advisor.
  • Knowledge of body parts and general mechanical components related to Body & Paint repair.
  • Proven track record in customer service and sales within an automotive service environment.
