General

• Handle all incoming telephone communications, noting reasons for the call and forwarding to relevant team members, subject to availability.
• Provide excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures through email, phone, or walk in.
• Resolve customer queries promptly within company guidelines before escalating to higher levels if necessary.
• Attend to customer needs, understanding their requirements to ensure maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded responsibly.
• Log all calls with time, date, and caller details to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures to streamline communications.
• Deal with 'drop-in' customers quickly and proficiently, coordinating with employees to ensure efficient service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer queries effectively.
• Familiarity with IT systems related to customer service.
• High adaptability to maintain seamless service across multiple channels.

• Strong English communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
