Overview of the role
We’re looking for a MIS Executive / Business Analyst to support Aftersales performance across our UAE network. In this role, you’ll provide front-line SAP system support, safeguard master data quality, and deliver timely reporting and analysis that helps teams improve operational efficiency, maximise invoicing, and drive revenue and margin performance.
What you will do
• Provide day-to-day support to Aftersales branch teams by troubleshooting SAP-related issues and enabling smooth customer transactions.
• Coordinate with Aftersales, Finance and IT stakeholders to investigate issues, gather requirements, and drive timely resolution.
• Support invoicing and WIP reduction by resolving common operational requests (e.g., discounts, invoice reversals, kilometres corrections, package maintenance, order adjustments, and time clocking issues).
• Create and maintain PDI packages and resolve PDI (pre delivery inspection) package creation issues to support workshop readiness and delivery processes.
• Maintain and validate SAP master data and backend tables to ensure accurate system integration and dependable reporting.
• Maintain masters for appointment booking and time clocking systems to enable efficient workshop scheduling and productivity tracking.
• Produce MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to track Aftersales performance by location, billing type, campaigns, revenue and margin.
Required skills to be successful
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability, with confidence working with large datasets and producing management-ready outputs.
• Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, data quality checks, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Added advantage: Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, VBA), dashboarding (Power BI or similar), and strong data interpretation skills.
About the team
You’ll join the National Aftersales Department in Dubai, partnering closely with branch service teams, Aftersales Planning, Finance and EIT. The team’s focus is to ensure Aftersales operations run smoothly across the network—supported by reliable systems, clean data, and performance visibility that enables better decision-making.
What equips you for the role
• Graduate or Diploma qualification (automotive background preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role, with Pricing Analyst / Assistant experience.
• Mandatory automotive Aftersales experience, with a strong understanding of workshop and service operations.
• Exposure to data warehousing/data management concepts and a strong focus on accuracy and governance.
• Behavioural strengths such as teamwork, quick learning, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP IS-AUTO, with the ability to diagnose issues and explain solutions clearly to end users.
• Strong time management, customer orientation, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to investigating root causes.
