Overview of the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Used Cars Estimator to support our used vehicle buying process by accurately assessing vehicle condition, estimating refurbishment costs, and helping ensure profitable and efficient stock acquisition. This role plays an important part in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting pricing decisions, and ensuring purchased vehicles are processed smoothly from inspection through to stock entry. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What you will do
•    Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate estimates based on body, mechanical, and cosmetic condition
•    Assess vehicle data and capture all relevant attributes with accuracy
•    Support pricing decisions by coordinating with pricing and purchasing teams to determine suitable market value
•    Ensure all required ownership transfer and de-registration documents are collected and processed correctly
•    Monitor preparation costs against estimates and help maintain acceptable variance levels
•    Track purchased vehicles into stock and ensure they are parked and recorded correctly according to the sales channel
•    Follow up with Sales Executives and keep stakeholders updated on appraisal and trade-in status

Required skills to be successful
•    Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide accurate cost estimates
•    Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to manage vehicle-related records and systems
•    Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•    A customer-focused mindset with a proactive and reliable approach to work

About the team
You will be part of the Trading Enterprises CPOV team in Dubai, a customer-focused and performance-driven business that plays a key role in the used vehicle ecosystem. The team works closely across purchasing, pricing, sales, administration, and operations to ensure vehicles are accurately evaluated, competitively priced, and efficiently prepared for sale.

What equips you for the role
•    To be successful in this role, you should have at least a high school qualification and around 2 years of relevant experience in vehicle estimation, inspection, or mechanical assessment.
•     Experience in automotive buying or selling environments, especially within a franchise workshop or used car operation, will be an advantage. 
•    You should also bring emotional maturity, teamwork, and the drive to perform in a target-oriented, multicultural environment.
