Overview of the role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities for Trading Enterprises – Volvo & CDJR. This role is responsible for driving performance across digital channels, managing agency partners, improving lead quality, and using data-driven insights to strengthen customer acquisition and conversion across the full funnel.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on digital marketing expertise, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you will do
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
• Define channel strategies across paid media, search, social, display, and programmatic platforms
• Lead the day-to-day management of media, digital, and performance agencies to ensure strong delivery and accountability
• Review media plans, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Oversee campaign execution across platforms such as Google, Meta, and programmatic channels
• Monitor campaign performance continuously and optimize based on data and business results
• Work closely with CRM and Sales teams to improve lead generation, lead quality, and conversion performance
• Analyze campaign data and customer journeys to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
• Develop reporting dashboards and performance frameworks to support decision-making
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to improve ROI and reduce inefficiencies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across CRM, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment between digital activity and wider business goals
• Support business reviews with performance insights, recommendations, and next steps
Required skills to be successful
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, display, and programming. Proven experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and agency management
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in lead management, funnel optimization, and conversion improvement

You will be part of the Marketing team for Trading Enterprises – Volvo & CDJR, supporting the delivery of impactful digital campaigns that strengthen brand presence, generate quality leads, and contribute directly to business growth. The team works closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, CRM, sales, and product functions, creating a highly collaborative environment focused on performance, customer experience, and innovation.
What equips you for the role
• Hands-on experience in paid media, campaign optimization, analytics, and reporting
• Proven success in managing digital agencies and delivering strong campaign results
• Experience with CRM integration and lead management is preferred
• Automotive or multi-brand retail experience would be an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to challenge, influence, and drive accountability with external agency partners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into actions
