Overview of the role
As an Administrative Executive, you will be the key support link across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and back-office coordination. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and other functions to support system and process accuracy, resolve operational queries, and enable teams to deliver a seamless customer and employee experience.

What you do
•    Maintain sales operational data, including approved discounts and lease deal conditions (L3/L4 level), and provide day-to-day support to showroom teams.
•    Investigate and resolve invoice and sales-order matching issues to ensure accurate billing and timely processing.
•    Support collections and account reconciliation activities, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow-up.
•    Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for process and system updates (e.g., C4C/SAP), raise defects, and follow through until closure.
•    Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure operational SLAs are met.

Required skills to be successful
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    At least 2 years’ experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles (automotive exposure is an advantage).
•    Strong coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across teams.
•    Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with SAP/Ariba and CRM tools is preferred.

About the team
You will join the Operations team at Honda, working closely with Sales, Finance, and other support functions to keep workflows running smoothly. The team is collaborative and fast-paced, with a strong focus on accuracy, service, and continuous improvement.
