Overview Of The Role:

The Total Rewards Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Total Rewards Team in all related processes, utilizing advanced analytics and AI-enabled modeling to ensure data-informed decision-making. The analyst is responsible for designing and automating tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and digitalization. The role involves providing input on Total Rewards policies and conducting market research to recommend improvements for process optimization. Success in this role requires a strong digital mindset, innovative approach and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement effective Total Rewards practices.


What You Will Do:

  • Design and deploy advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, and AI/ML-enabled predictive modelling for pay equity analysis and attrition-linked cost forecasting.
  • Develop and continuously improve digital tools, templates, self-service platforms and automated workflows using RPA and AI for efficient Total Rewards processes.
  • Proactively build and enhance digital data infrastructures and data governance frameworks to support data collection, integration, and analysis across HR systems.
  • Support the development and enhancement of Total Rewards practices and programs using AI-assisted market data analysis.
  • Participate in Total Rewards policy reviews using digital compliance tracking tools, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
  • Drive digital transformation and process improvement projects, applying AI and automation across the Total Rewards function.
  • Support organisational design initiatives including structural analysis and job evaluation using HAY methodology and digital tools.
  • Produce actionable, real-time analysis and self-service reporting dashboards for stakeholders, reducing manual reporting efforts.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for salary increases, promotions, and other operational TR cases, aligned with organizational policies.
  • Manage relationships with HRIS/Employee Services to identify system enhancement and automation opportunities, ensuring process interlock with Total Rewards.
  • Support integration and implementation of Total Rewards elements for new acquisitions/mergers using data migration tools.
  • Conduct annual planning and benchmarking using AI-assisted market data analysis to identify pay equity gaps.
  • Manage salary survey processes using digital platforms to ensure availability of high-quality, current market data.
  • Ensure Total Rewards policies comply with legal requirements across different countries.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, tables, charts, lookups, macros (VBA) and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, with understanding of SQL and data query skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources.


What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Rewards or HR.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Professional Total Rewards certification such as CCP or GRP is an advantage.
