Overview of the role:
We are seeking an experienced Technician to carry out mechanical and electrical diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Toyota Material Handling Equipment, including BT and VNA machines. This role requires strong technical skills, efficiency, and a proactive approach to ensure problems are fixed right the first time, both in the workshop and on-site.

What you will do:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on Toyota Material Handling Equipment, including electric, BT, and VNA units.
• Recommend and implement effective repair procedures using OEM guidelines and service manuals.
• Perform component overhauls and repairs independently with minimal supervision.
• Identify potential causes of problems during routine work and escalate appropriately.
• Communicate repair status, issues, and recommendations clearly to Foreman or Service Supervisor.
• Use service checklists and workshop tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality service standards.

Required skills to be successful:

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities for material handling equipment.
• Ability to follow structured repair and service processes.
• Clear communication in English, both written and verbal (Arabic is a plus).
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and take accountability for service quality.

About the team:
You will be part of a specialized and dynamic aftersales service team focused on delivering excellence in material handling equipment maintenance. The team operates in both workshop and field service settings with a focus on customer satisfaction, first-time fixes, and safety.

What equips you for the role:

• Basic or technical education, preferably with a trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
• Proven experience (5+ years) servicing and repairing material handling equipment—Toyota or BT experience preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in diagnostics and component overhauls.
• UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
