About the Position:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Engineer to join our Honda team in Dubai. In this role, you are expected to diagnose the vehicles of customers with complaints. He is expected to accurately analyze the issue and provide proper recommendation for repair.


Your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Pre-testing of vehicles with customer complaints
  • Conduct quality testing of vehicles
  • Perform thorough vehicle diagnosis for our customers
  • To timely create and submit Quality Information Correspondence (QIC) to Aftersales head office.
  • To share and discuss all technical related information to the technicians



About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should be a holder of Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. You should have at least 3 to 5 years’ overall experience with automobile dealership, out of which a minimum 3 years in Service Division as a Service Advisor. You should have excellent technical knowledge in diagnosing and repairing Japanese, American and European cars. You will demonstrate customer handling skills and interpersonal skills and you will have the ability to manage customer complaints and resolved the issues accurately and efficiently.
