UAE National Service Advisor (Customer Service) | Al  Futtaim Global Aftersales | Ajman

 

About the Position:
We are currently looking for competent & performance driven Service Advisors to work with our Aftersales Team in Ajman.  Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop, they are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence. 

 

This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Group. It will work 6 days a week with 1 day off. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will also earn attractive incentive on your good performance.

 

As part of our Service team, your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Attend promptly and greet with a smile
  • Ask Question and record customer requests without delay
  • Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at workshop.
  • Empathize and clarify customer requests.
  • Check workshop situation and promise delivery time.
  • Check and ensure accordance of invoice and work performed.
  • Inform customer after work completion and agree pick up time.
  • Clear explanation of the job done and invoice and guide to the cashier.
  • Promotion of value added services
  • Resolution of Customer concerns at the earliest time and ensures satisfaction.

 

About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least a Higschool Diploma. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong customer service,  analytical and communication skills.

You should be highly motivated and passionate about cars.
