Overview of the role:

We’re looking for an experienced UX Lead to help shape user experiences across our digital products and services. This role sits at the intersection of product design, service design, and design thinking, requiring someone who can zoom out to see the big picture while also diving deep into interaction and interface details. You’ll lead user experience efforts across key initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor designers. You’ll champion the voice of the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility to deliver intuitive, seamless, and human-centred experiences.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead UX design across digital journeys, from discovery to delivery, ensuring usability and consistency.
  • Apply service design thinking to align user needs, business processes, and backend systems into holistic experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to frame problems, define solutions, and ship products.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions using design thinking methodologies to unlock new ideas and drive alignment.
  • Translate insights into actionable design through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in the design system, interactions, and UX patterns.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, direction, and support.
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and scalability in design decisions.

About the Team:

You will be reporting to Head of Product Design

 

What equips you for the role:

  • 6–10 years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Deep understanding of human-centred design, service design frameworks, design thinking principles.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience conducting or working with user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering hands-on design solutions.
  • Strong visual and interaction design sensibility.
  • Experience working on platforms with complex service layers (e.g. eCommerce, healthcare, mobility, etc.)
  • Familiarity with systems thinking and journey orchestration.
  • Knowledge of front-end development or design handoff tools (e.g. Zeplin, Storybook).
