•    Own retail pricing, discount frameworks, and campaign guardrails to protect brand positioning and profitability.
•    Lead cross-functional launch readiness, ensuring timely product definition, pricing, stock planning, and commercial strategy execution.

Required Skills to Be Successful

•    Bachelor’s degree (required).
•    Advanced analytical capability to interpret market, product, and pricing data.
•    Solid understanding of vehicle specifications, technology trends, and automotive product dynamics.

About the Team
You will be part of the Product & Pricing Division within Al Futtaim Automotive, working closely with the Brand Director and key cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Demand & Supply, and OEM partners. •    Passion for the automotive industry, with a strong ability to influence, communicate, and drive strategic product direction.
•    Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
•    Strategic decision-making with a focus on sustainable profitability and competitiveness.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
