Overview Of The Role:
The Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for defining, launching, and scaling performance marketing strategies across Al Futtaim Retail in the Middle East and Asia. The role involves managing performance marketing outcomes in MENA and Asia, focusing on growth, efficiency, and market scaling, while supporting brand awareness and customer value. The Specialist will also align performance marketing activities with brand objectives, stock availability, and product priorities.


What You Will Do:

  • Define, launch, and scale region-specific performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and grow sales.
  • Own and optimize the delivery and performance of paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across retail platforms like Google, Meta, and other relevant tools.
  • Manage multi-channel and multi-market paid media budgets to achieve revenue, ROAS, CAC, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital Trade, and CRM teams to align paid media activities with stock availability, product priorities, and broader marketing calendars.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of performance marketing creative and content assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance goals.
  • Utilize a strong test-and-learn approach and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.



Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Hands-on experience with PPC and Paid Social platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Strong web analytics skills using Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in using retargeting platforms like Criteo and RTB.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.


What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing with responsibility for multi-market or regional accounts and budgets.
  • Proven track record in delivering data-driven marketing campaigns that achieve strong ROI and enhance brand metrics.
  • Experience with end-to-end management of digital paid advertising initiatives across multiple markets.
  • Expertise in performance marketing channels including Display, SEM, Paid Social, and App marketing.
