Overview of the role
Join our Automotive Finance function as a Senior Manager – Process & Compliance, leading ERP implementations and enhancements from a finance perspective across UAE and overseas businesses. You’ll drive risk assessment, process standardization, automation, and technology enablement, champion governance and compliance through data analytics, and embed robust internal controls.  


What you will do
•    Lead ERP initiatives: Act as the finance lead for ERP implementations and enhancements; with satellite systems such as Incadea), ensuring standardized, automated processes tightly integrated with financial books
•    Drive digital transformation: Enable process automation and data driven decision making across the division; steer key IT projects to successful outcomes
•    Streamline and standardize: Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and share best practices to achieve “best in class” business and finance processes
•    Own compliance frameworks: Develop policies and procedures, build exception management alerts/dashboards, and minimize high risk audit findings
•    Enable capability: Design and deliver training programs for finance associates on process expertise, compliance, internal controls, and analytical tools


Required skills to be successful
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA/advanced degree a plus
•    6–8 years’ experience, including at least 4 years supporting SAP/other ERP processes
•    Qualifications/certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, or Project Management are advantageous
•    Automotive/retail industry experience preferred; SAP inbound/outbound process super user capability


About the team
You’ll be part of the Divisional Finance Controlling & Compliance team within Automotive Finance, reporting to the Head of Divisional Process & Compliance, and collaborating closely with business and IT to roll out enhancements and upgrades. The division spans 10+ automotive businesses across UAE and international markets, operating on ERP platforms including SAP IS Auto, S/4HANA, and CarPro (with Incadea and other satellite systems).
