Overview Of The Role:
- The Senior Manager, PMO will lead and institutionalize project governance, delivery discipline, and performance visibility across a portfolio of initiatives and change management programs. The role reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing development projects, digital transformation initiatives, enterprise-wide strategic programs, and change management efforts. The role acts as a strategic enabler to the Executive Director by strengthening business review mechanisms and executive reporting to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution excellence. Success in this role requires driving operational rigor, ensuring strategic alignment of projects, and enhancing organizational governance through structured methodologies.
What You Will Do:
Enterprise PMO Leadership
- Establish and lead a structured PMO framework across development, digital, AI, and strategic initiatives.
- Standardize project lifecycle methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting structures.
- Drive consistency in planning, budgeting, risk management, issue tracking, and benefits realization.
- Ensure strong alignment between project outcomes and organizational strategy.
PMO for Development Projects
- Oversee planning and execution governance of development programs.
- Monitor milestones, budgets, interdependencies, and delivery risks.
- Implement structured review cadences to ensure timely execution and accountability.
Digital Transformation & AI PMO
- Govern digital and AI project portfolios from ideation through implementation.
- Ensure business case validation, value tracking, and measurable ROI realization.
- Highlight risks early to ensure mitigation measures are in place.
Strategic Initiatives PMO
- Provide centralized tracking and governance for enterprise strategic priorities.
- Maintain executive-level visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Facilitate prioritization decisions based on capacity and impact.
Change Management PMO
- Embed structured change management frameworks within transformation initiatives.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment, communication plans, and adoption tracking.
- Track and report against all milestones of change management projects, to ensure delivery against objectives.
Executive Dashboards & Reporting
- Design and maintain executive dashboards providing real-time visibility into project milestones, time, cost/budget, and strategic progress.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Prepare materials for Executive-level reviews as required.
Governance & Operating Rhythm
- Design and institutionalize governance forums and review mechanisms (e.g., monthly business reviews, steering committees, portfolio reviews).
- Develop standardized templates for reporting, review decks, and status updates.
- Ensure disciplined follow-through on decisions and action items.
General Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Director in driving operational rigor and transformation oversight.
- Bring structure, discipline, and governance to ad hoc and high-priority projects.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance execution maturity.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation roles.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional strategic programs.
- Strong exposure to executive reporting and governance structures.
