Overview of the Role
Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Senior Manager for New Business & Brand Incubation and play a key role in transforming the automotive industry. You will lead the exploration and launch of new brands, partnerships, and incubation opportunities, driving innovation and growth both in the UAE and internationally. What You Will Do
•    Develop and manage a pipeline of new business and brand incubation ideas across various automotive segments and markets
•    Collaborate with department heads and brand leaders to prioritize and formulate strategic project roadmaps
•    Evaluate market potential, prepare business cases, and secure project approvals
•    Lead agile processes to accelerate project development from ideation to execution
•    Manage project budgets and implement dashboards to track progress
•    Guide internal and external experts to deliver innovative solutions
•    Ensure compliance with company processes, contractual terms, and budget monitoring

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    A university degree in Business or Finance; an MBA is preferred
•    Over 10 years’ experience in strategy consulting, new business, and product/service development within the automotive industry
•    Proven ability to build and launch disruptive products/services and establish product-market fit
•    Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and emerging mobility trends
