• The Senior Development Manager in Healthcare Real Estate Development manages project timelines, budgets, and operations while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, architects, government departments, and stakeholders. A successful Senior Development Manager will navigate a dynamic industry, manage project lifecycle intricacies, and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Strategic Planning and Development

• Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare real estate development projects aligned with the healthcare strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and relevant parties to maximize project performance.
• Collaborate with finance, design, project management and other departments to implement development plans.

Financial Management

• Oversee the financial aspects of healthcare projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Project Management

• Develop comprehensive plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and other relevant parties.
• Navigate project lifecycle intricacies, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Equipment and Technology

• Advise management on the latest clinic/hospital medical and bio-medical equipment and technologies.
• Negotiate with vendors on medical and bio-medical equipment.
• Work with engineers and researchers to design and fabricate specialized devices for use in clinical and research settings.
• Liaise with technicians and manufacturers to ensure product feasibility in terms of design and economic viability.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with healthcare development projects and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.

• Leadership skills.

• Ability to negotiate, lead, and execute within timelines.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

• Degree holder in Construction, Biomedical, Electrical, or Electronics.
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with thorough knowledge of healthcare markets.
• International or regional experience in the healthcare market.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
