Overview of the Role

As Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in running the shop floor. You ensure the team delivers strong sales results, daily operations run smoothly, and customers receive a good in-store experience.

What You Will Do

Sales & Customer Service

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering good customer service
• Assist customers on the shop floor and step in when needed
• Lead by example in selling and customer interaction

Floor Management

• Ensure the shop floor is always covered, especially during busy periods
• Guide and support the team to maintain good performance throughout the day

Operations

• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily store activities accurately
• Manage stock movements including receiving, transfers, and damages
• Follow all store procedures and loss prevention guidelines

Team Support

• Support training and development of team members
• Communicate daily targets, tasks, and updates clearly
• Assist the Store Manager with basic reporting and store follow-ups

Store Standards

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
• Ensure the store is always presentable and ready for customers

What you will need:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in retail or hospitality supervising a team
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, SAP)
