Overview of the role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager within our Construction Equipment team to manage and grow our sales operations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The role involves promoting and selling Volvo construction equipment, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue and unit sales targets in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will be proactive in expanding market share and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and efficient sales process management.
What you will do:
- Promote and sell construction equipment products within your designated territory.
- Identify and target new sales opportunities and convert leads into business.
- Maintain close contact with clients to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Provide accurate and profitable quotations and negotiate within company pricing guidelines.
- Achieve revenue and unit targets in line with divisional objectives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering technical support and post-sales service coordination.
Required skills to be successful:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar B2B sales role within the UAE.
- Proven track record in sales of construction or heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of distributor/dealer operations and territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in generating quotations, handling client requirements, and managing receivables.
- Self-starter with high motivation to achieve targets and grow accounts.

You will join a high-performing and collaborative construction equipment sales team that values initiative, technical know-how, and client focus. You’ll work closely with the National Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support to our clients across the UAE
