Sales Coordinator – Tyres & Battery | Al Futtaim Auto Center | Dubai


About the Position:  
As a Sales Coordinator, you act as the link between the various roles in the branch and the external providers such as workshops, driver, and external regulatory agencies and to ensure seamless vehicle delivery to the customer each and every time, while maintaining error free transactions records of purchases and invoicing done. You are expected to efficiently complete daily sales order creation, invoicing, arrange customer deliveries and ensure stock availability. Part of your responsibilities is to receive warranty tyres & batteries in warehouse with details for inspection/settlement, process PR and PO and arrange quotation for local purchase.

 

About You:  
The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification and must have at least 2 years’ experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support & Coordination within Automotive industry. You must be highly proficient in MS Office, MS Excel in particular. SAP experience is a definite advantage.
You must have the ability to deal with diverse nationalities at various levels and has the capability to work under pressure. You should also be able to communicate effectively and can work at flexible hours and in shifts. Confident and effective at providing information will be an asset.
