Program Overview

SLP is an 18-month enterprise-readiness journey for high-potential Emirati experienced managers progressing toward broader business and enterprise leadership responsibility. The program bridges operational people management and enterprise leadership through strategic exposure, immersive leadership development, executive guidance and real business execution. You will experience an applied development journey that blends structured learning with practical workplace exposure, guidance and opportunities to demonstrate impact. The emphasis is on learning by doing, building relevant capability and connecting development to real business priorities.

Eligibility Criteria

• UAE National
• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of people-management experience
• Has managed a team of at least 2 employees
