SGP | SINYAR GRADUATE PROGRAM

Program Overview

SGP is an 18-month structured career-acceleration journey for high-potential Emirati fresh graduates beginning their careers. It combines workplace exposure, structured learning, functional rotations, mentorship and real business assignments to build essential workplace and business capabilities and accelerate the transition into a highly qualified functional professional. You will experience an applied development journey that blends structured learning with practical workplace exposure, guidance and opportunities to demonstrate impact. The emphasis is on learning by doing, building relevant capability and connecting development to real business priorities.

Who Is This For?

Ambitious Emirati fresh graduates beginning their professional careers and looking for a structured journey that builds functional readiness and future growth potential.

Eligibility Criteria

• Emirati fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree
• GPA 2.8+ (subject to approved university conditions)
• Up to one year of experience
• Up to 27 years old
• Male candidates must have completed National Service
