Job Role:

 

The brand coordinator is responsible for the day to day coordination of PO creation, pricing, shipment tracking as well as sales reporting and assisting the Brand Manager.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaises with Principal for Excel dispatch templates and invoices, and other queries related to stocks
  • Follow up shipment details with the Shipping Department and makes sure all products are accounted for and delivered to shops without delay.
  • Assists the Accounts Department for all invoice payments, discrepancies and credit notes if any.
  • Prepares barcode file and templates for the MIS and allocation for all the retail shops
  • Formulates weekly sales reports to be submitted to the Principals of the Brand
  • Organizes and tracks all POP’s like shopping bags, tissues, suit covers and repack bags
  • Produce sale lists and necessary reports for SALE preparation, also organize the ordering of SALE POPs
  • Takes charge of damages and returns and manages uniforms
  • Send transfer report per style to Principal (whatever dispatch to SOF)
  • Prepares LPO both for product and POP invoices
  • Prepare consolidation reports

 

About You:

 

As a Brand / Retail coordinator you should have more than 2 years experience in Brand / Marketing management preferably in fashion industry,  degree in Marketing or any equivalent, strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Powerpoint) , experience in SAP Knowledge is an advantage.
