Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Manager – Parts Sales to lead the strategic growth and operational execution across our designated region. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can accelerate sales performance, expand market share, and uphold superior customer service standards while managing a diverse and results-oriented team
What You Will Do:
• Drive the achievement of regional sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Supervisors and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
• Monitor sales team performance against KPIs and ensure consistent goal achievement.
• Track monthly sales performance, analyze revenue trends, and evaluate market share progression.
• Prepare and manage budgets and sales forecasts; implement corrective measures where necessary to ensure targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee customer credit limits, monitor accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
• Conduct joint field visits with Field Sales Executives to assess performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align product offerings with market demands and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
• Supervise training programs aimed at enhancing product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer service excellence within the team.
Required Skills to Be Successful:
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strong strategic and operational understanding of the parts sales function.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Solid understanding of market trends, customer expectations, and competitive dynamics.
About the Team:
You will report directly to the Head of Business and be responsible for managing a regional sales team.
What Equips You for the Role:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 8–10 years of experience within the automotive dealership sector, specifically in the parts business, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and customer-oriented mindset.
