The main purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operation of the Reception area of Employee Services ensuring all customers are greeted in a professional and timely manner.


The key roles and responsibilities of this role are:


  • Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and general public
  • Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards, ensuring information is logged
  • To provide a fast and efficient service to all customers within the Company and outside of the Company
  • Provide assistance to Senior Managers as directed
  • Ensure the completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
  • File data and perform routine clerical tasks as assigned by other departments
  • Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties
  • Operate a variety of standard office machines including a computer and computer software
  • Ensure all customers both inside and outside of the Company encounter a positive experience
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of meeting room bookings accurately
  • Participate and involve yourself in the Business
