Overview Of The Role:
The Process & Compliance Manager plays a critical role in assisting the finance team to ensure operational and financial controls are uniformly formalized and implemented across various geographies. This role is pivotal in mitigating risk of loss, safeguarding assets, and improving operational efficiency. The manager supports audit requirements, coordinates asset management processes, and trains store teams on compliance procedures. It demands a deep understanding of financial standards and inventory management, alongside strong collaborative skills to integrate company-wide compliance strategies.
What You Will Do:
Standard Operating Procedures
- Analyze Financial SOPs and suggest operational guideline changes if necessary.
- Review stores for Financial SOP adherence in coordination with store business navigators.
- Implement improvements in existing processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure implementation of Financial SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Rollout of SOPs in all new stores.
- Train store teams on Financial SOPs.
Audit
- Support Finance manager in coordinating internal audits in stores.
- Follow up with store on implementation of internal audit points.
- Support finance manager to coordinate external audit requirements.
Assets Management
- Coordinate annual asset count in stores along with business navigators.
- Support finance manager in coordinating Asset write-offs process.
- Suggest process/working method improvements for maximizing asset utilization.
Contracts
- Review all company contracts for commerciality and process compliance.
- Review 3rd party suppliers for IWAY compliance along with IWAY compliance team.
- Coordinate with AF retail compliance team and store team for ARIBA procurements.
Finance Manager Support
- Analyze Perpetual Inventory Count results across all stores.
- Support Finance Manager with inventory write-offs.
- Monitor inventory transfers between stores.
- Support new system projects.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Strong analytical skills.

- Engaging leadership and collaborative nature.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Post Graduate or Finance Professional (CA/CPA/CIA) or MBA in Finance or Operations Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in process compliance or audit, preferably in retail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP/Navision ERP system preferred.
