Overview of the role: The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading, managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple brands and multiple markets, with a strong focus on efficiency, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep expertise in paid media platforms and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high ROI and revenue growth.

The candidate will be comfortable balancing hands-on account management and strategic planning, while maintaining a high standard of campaign execution and reporting accuracy.

 

What you will do:

1. Campaign & Account Management

  • Oversee daily account health, optimisation, and quality control across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates, etc.).
  • Execute and monitor bid strategies, targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing.
  • Conduct in-depth brand-level campaign analysis to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain feed optimisations.

2. Planning & Strategy

  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams on awareness and performance media plans.
  • Review and approve media plans, ensuring alignment with revenue and ROAS targets.
  • Develop strategies for new account launches and market expansions.
  • Lead deep-dive brand performance analyses to inform strategic decision-making.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead weekly and monthly meetings with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with brand marketing teams to align on calendars, promotions, and campaign priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on key projects, platform updates, and marketing initiatives.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Review and share weekly performance reports, highlighting key trends and actionable insights.
  • Deliver monthly reports with comprehensive analysis of KPIs, performance drivers, and recommendations.
  • Maintain and update cost trackers, target sheets, and other financial alignment tools.

5. Mentoring & Process Improvement

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to internal team members on optimisation techniques and strategic planning.
  • Standardise and improve workflows for campaign execution, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Ensure best practices are followed for campaign structure, naming conventions, and tracking setups.

 

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a performance marketing role, preferably Retail.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful performance marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of business analytics and data-driven approach to decision making with a strong analytical mind.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
