Overview Of The Role:
- As the Manager of Process & Compliance, you will support the Head of P&C in leading ERP implementations and enhancements for both UAE and Overseas Automotive businesses. You will oversee risk assessment and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies, standardization, automation, and technology enablement. This role champions governance and compliance through data analytics and internal controls, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do:
System Development and Implementation
- Act as Finance Lead in ERP implementation & enhancements across the automotive business and finance operations, focusing on standardization and automation.
- Support digital transformation initiatives to leverage technology for process automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure robust and consistent automotive processes across all business units and integration with financial books.
Process Specialisation and Support
- Lead efforts to streamline and standardize processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing solutions for optimized workflow and resource utilization.
- Share best practices across all business units.
Process Optimization
- Develop and execute a strategy for process optimization and compliance aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance processes, systems, and controls.
- Lead efforts to streamline and standardize processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Compliance
- Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Establish exception management alerts and dashboards to ensure ongoing compliance.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Strong foundational understanding of finance operating systems and business processes with a compliance mindset.
- Analytical and process-oriented with expertise in SAP inbound and outbound processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with at least 2 years of supporting SAP/other ERP processes.
- Relevant professional qualifications and certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, SAP) is advantageous.
- Experience in the Automotive/retail industry preferred.
