About the Role

The Key Account Manager - Chilling & Freezer Solutions will report to Sr Manager - Sales & Marketing. In his/her role, she will be responsible for the following:

  • Achieving business targets of Sales Volume, Throughput, Outstanding & Stock as
  • per norms of chilling and freezer solutions.
  • Technically pitching chillers and freezer solutions to businesses.
  • Developing sales from supermarket gondolas and bolted shelving from new and existing businesses (Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Eateries, and Cold Room etc.)
  • Identify and meet stakeholders (owners, architects, contractors, planners etc.)
  • Working with technical team, translating business plan covering sales, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in designated areas.
  • New product development within the same segment.
  • Strategizing the Shelving (Chillers & Freezers) business with future growth.
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
  • Collection and Controlling of outstanding/ AR receivables.
  • Co-ordination with various teams of Design, Marketing, for pre-sales activities
  •  Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.

 

About You

  • Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor Degree with similar Key Account handling Experience.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years, with good market knowledge preferably in refrigeration& material handling –shelving
  • Candidate’s from the same industry preferably from the same segment of B2B Business.
  • Must have experience in selling solutions, handling large accounts and B2B sales.
  • Strategic/ persuasive approach to business development
