The job purpose of this role is to ensure implementation of Group’s Total Rewards Strategy which will maintain the company’s position as an employer of choice and support AFG future growth and development plans. To act as the Total Rewards (TR) Business Partner on all Total Rewards aspects (C&B, OD, Performance, Mobility) , towards HR Directors, Senior HRBPs and business divisions.

 

This role will report to Head - Total Rewards and will be based out of our corporate offices at Dubai Festival City.

 

Accountabilities:

 

- Contributes to the design and the implementation of a Total Rewards Strategy that is fit for the various verticals, functions and employee segments
- Monitor salary structures and benefits making sure that C&B is competitive compared to the market and fair within the organization.
- Designs and drives implementation of a Global Organizational Design Strategy in support of Group, Verticals, and Functions being “fit for purpose”
- Designs tools, guidelines, processes, templates, etc. to efficiently facilitate Org Design and Reward processes
- Responsible for analysis and action planning of Org Design- and Rewards related benchmark reviews
- Drives implementation of a Global Performance Management Strategy which promotes a strong performance-oriented culture and talent identification for the division of responsibility
- Drives implementation of a Global Mobility Strategy in line with the Strategic Workforce Plan for the division of responsibility
- Co-designs vertical/functional related Performance and Rewards tools including compensation and benefit plans, performance incentive plans, balanced scorecards, etc. for the division of responsibility
- Ensures all mobility related activities and set-ups are compliant to local-, social security-, personal & company tax-, labor-, payroll-, and pension regulations for the division of responsibility
- Contributes and delivers Train-the-Trainer sessions for effective implementation of Performance-, Mobility-, Org Design and Reward Strategies
- Being an active member of internal & external Performance-, Mobility-, and Reward Networks

 

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience


• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Human Resources is required, Masters is desirable.
• 8+ years progressive experience in Performance, Mobility, Rewards & Org Design
• Experience in a multinational organization is required
• Excellent ability to understand and act upon business needs
• Strong planning skills
• High individual drive yet a good team player
• Effective communication skills across hierarchical levels
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
