Overview Of The Role:
- The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership, enabling efficient day-to-day management of executive priorities. The role demands strong organizational skills, discretion, and the capacity to handle multiple stakeholders in a dynamic corporate environment. The EA is crucial in optimizing executive time management, facilitating stakeholder coordination, overseeing meeting and reporting management, managing office operations, and supporting strategic projects.
What You Will Do:
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and coordinate executive engagements to optimize time management.
- Screen and manage communications (emails, calls, correspondence) on behalf of the executive.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Support preparation for leadership meetings, including agendas and documentation.
Meeting & Reporting Management
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Attend meetings where required and document minutes, decisions, and actions.
- Track and follow up on key deliverables and commitments.
Office & Operational Support
- Ensure smooth office operations for the executive's function.
- Manage confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support budget tracking, expense management, and vendor coordination.
Project Support
- Assist in the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives led by the executive.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate risks or delays where necessary.
- Conduct research and compile insights to support decision-making.
Required Skills To Be Successful:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5-8 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in a large, matrix organization is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
