Overview of the role:

 

The purpose of this role is to support the Process and Delivery team to transform attitudes and behaviors of the organization by focusing on the people side of change, including business processes and technologies impacting stakeholders across Al-Futtaim Automotive
The responsibilities include the creation and delivery of a change management framework, process and tools to be adopted globally, across Al Futtaim UAE and International. Establish and coach a network of Change Champions to drive change management practices, as well as plan and execute change management plans for transformation projects and programs. A certified Change Management Practitioner applying recognized and structured change management methodology to improve corporate organizational performance, by enabling individuals and teams to change the way they work. 

 

What you will do:

 

•    Establish a change management framework, process and tools using best practice methodologies to drive change adoption across the Al-Futtaim Automotive global presence.

•    Establish a culture of change across the global network.
•    Identify and train Change Champions across the organisation who are responsible for ensuring the adoption of process and organisational change using the methodology and tools identified in the Al-Futtaim Automotive Change Management Framework.
•    Ensure the effective adoption of change management practices across the organisation by developing a roadmap and action plan as well as driving the change management program.
•    Support transformation projects / programs by creating and executing change management plans.
•    Develop an effective and tailored communication and engagement strategy that meets the desired benefits and outcomes in alignment with the strategic direction as well as select the ideal communication tools to be adopted across the division.
•    Define KPIs to assess benefit realisation.
•    Evaluate the pros and cons of possible change strategies and associated risks.
•    Undertake change impact assessments including internal and external stakeholder impact analysis.
•    Conduct learning needs analysis for impacted stakeholders including the approach and roadmap for the delivery of effective training sessions, materials and tools.
•    Support the development of go-live business readiness plans.
 

Required skills and experience to be successful:

•    Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

•    5+ years hands-on experience in change management.

•    Thorough knowledge and experience in change management principles and methodology.

•    Strategic and creative thinker who is exceptionally adept with quantitative analysis.

•    Be passionate about leading change and driving results through process improvements, especially through the utilisation of Lean Six Sigma methodology and techniques.
•    Actively contributing as part of a highly engaged team to own and implement initiatives that improve operational processes all the way through sustained benefits realization to increase quality and value.
•    Be a self-starter with an engaging leadership style, solid influencing and facilitation skills who will quickly develop relationships across the organisation while contributing to a fun and collaborative work environment.
