Overview of the role:

Develop BI Reporting and Analytics framework for CRM to make data driven decision for Digital and Retail business


What you will do:

Description of Accountability:

  • Work with Digital/Retail brand teams to integrate systems for targeting recommendations, cross-promotion and be able to measure performance of different approaches.
  • Clear understanding of CRM Analytics strategies such as Active/Inactive Customers, Cohort Analysis, Cross sell /Upsell, Customer segmentations and lifecycle value.
  • Responsible for identifying different customer profiles, and carrying out the optimization of CRM activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation.
  • Undertake ownership for integration of CRM/marketing automation tools with the Web and App ecosystem
  • Responsible for building ETL process between the CRM/marketing automation tools and Data warehouse and should have a clear understanding of the Data models
  • Responsible for hands-on modelling and analysis of marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging
  • Should be a proficient user of SQL/Big Query and Data visualization tools such as Tableau

Campaign management & Insights

Dashboard & Reporting

  • Create actionable dashboards on Tableau for all business units and all retail brands


  • Create relationship & workflows within the Tech & development departments to complete projects

  • Develop knowledge in Tableau



Required Skills to be successful:-

  • Extensive in assessing the success of CRM activities and using evidence-based approach essential.
  • Experience in Cohort analysis
  • Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle essential.
  • Experience of building data models to grow revenue and customer loyalty desirable.
  • Experience in data warehousing
  • Understanding of e-commerce/Retail business
  • Candidate having previous experience of working with Webengage/Moengage and or other similar CRM tools.
  • Extensive experience of working with a range of tools and packages to interrogate data and build reports (e.g. R, Python, SQL, Tableau or similar)
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Solid analytical skills to evaluate and improve existing BI systems
  • Team player with ability to self-learn
  • Data driven mindset
  • Perfect English is mandatory

What equips you for the role:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s degree desired)
  • 5+ years of experience in data Analysis & BI report development and at least 4 years of experience with Data Visualization tool such as Tableau
  • 4+ years of experience working with CRM reporting and Customer Analytics.
  • 3+ years in ecom/retail environment
