Job Title:                          CRM and Digital Executive

Reporting Manager:        Regional Digital Manager

Department:                     Corporate Marketing – Malls

Location:                          Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate Offices, Dubai Festival City, Dubai UAE



Reporting to the Regional Digital Manager, the role holder will work with the internal marketing teams to define CRM insight requirements, provide insights, measurement & reporting services. This role forms part of the Regional team, responsible for group wide customer initiatives and will require extensive interactions with key business stakeholders in the corporate and brand teams.



Business Requirements

  • Interface with marketing teams to translate business needs into analytics requirements.
  • Build relationships with our agencies in areas associated with data planning work e.g. buying, planning, business intelligence.
  • Formalize reporting requirements and, if required, work with IT and Group transformation teams to prioritize and track implementations, develop and build a variety of reports and ad hoc analyses for the brands and divisions.
  • Interpret data and use creative problem solving and logical thinking to assist our marketing teams in their campaigns
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a language that can be readily understood by non-analysts.
  • Deliver a variety of analysis based projects, as briefed, to a high quality and within a timely manner, communicating progress to other team members
  • Liaise with internal teams by email, phone, and in meetings. Be able to present to the management team


Data Analysis

  • Learn and implement the customer analytical methods under guidance to improve analytical capabilities
  • Design experiments/campaigns and analyze the resulting data, perform post-hoc (correlational) analysis when experimental designs (causational analyses) are not feasible and explain the limitations of the results
  • Design and test various experimental marketing approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of various programs, strategies, and policies e.g. multivariate testing / subject line testing etc.
  • Analyze the results of above experiments, present results to business leaders, and provides advice/ recommendations.
  • Create insights and analytical inputs to support organizational decisions to increase revenues, ROI, ROCE and/or reduce expenditures
  • Conduct various small ad-hoc or post-hoc analyses of marketing campaigns, customer mall behavior patterns and targeting strategies to support marketing decisions
  • Drive analytics process to create a detailed understanding of the customer behavior, trigger, buying habits, lifestyle preferences based on advance analytical methods


Data Growth and CRM Management

  • Ensure data integrity and quality are maintained throughout the business
  • Accelerate growth of our databases on a monthly basis
  • Perform migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across our malls encouraging customer retention and loyalty.
  • Lead on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.


Group Collaboration

  • Partner with other Statistical Analysts / Data Scientists within Al-Futtaim Group to brainstorm and develop strategies for how to solve challenging problems when needed
  • Collaborate with our IT team for any development projects concerning Data or Advance Analytics Initiatives
  • As our subject matter expert, liaise with other subject matter experts, when needed to explain the analytical process or learn about the subject matter being analyzed.



  • Project Management
  • Optimization of CRM/marketing activities
  • Spontaneous initiation of analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship
  • Assessment of CRM programs, campaign communications and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability
  • Custodian of customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
  • Support local, regional and international CRM projects
  • Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis
  • Prepare debrief documents
  • Prepare and deliver digital presentations



Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or business analytics 
  • Minimum 2 years statistical analysis, predictive modeling or segmentation experience
  • Experience with a variety of analytical techniques
  • Ability to extract and present insight from analysis
  • Familiar with CRM Systems like SAP Hybris
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standard analytical/reporting/programming languages (such as SAS/SPSS/Cognos/Business Objects/SQL, etc.) employed in a complex environment
  • Familiarization on the reporting aspect of our existing digital framework and channels (e.g. google analytics, social media analytics, WIFI, etc.).
  • Excellent user of Microsoft office packages (word, excel etc.)
