Overview Of The Role:

Al Futtaim Finance, is in the middle of a major digital, technology, data, CRM, core platform, and customer experience transformation. We are building a small, high-calibre team to drive it, and this is a front-line role on that team.
 
•    As a Business Technology Analyst, you will work directly with digital and business leadership to turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into structured plans and delivered outcomes. You will move across strategy, execution, data, product, process, and vendor management, often on several workstreams at once. One week you are framing the business case for a CRM decision; the next you are unblocking a delivery pod, building a board-ready pack, or pressure-testing a vendor proposal. This is a builder’s role for someone who wants ownership and pace, not a requirements-documentation role
 

What You Will Do:

 
•    Drive transformation workstreams end to end — take a problem from ambiguity to a structured approach, a decision, and a delivered result, across multiple initiatives in parallel.
•    Enable digital products and platforms — partner with product, engineering, and business teams to move CRM, core platform, and customer experience initiatives from idea to adoption.
•    Turn data into decisions — structure analysis, size impact, and build the numbers that underpin business cases and investment choices.
•    Redesign processes for outcomes — rethink how things work rather than documenting how they work today, and design the future-state operating model.
•    Produce executive-grade materials — board packs, decision papers, and steering updates that are sharp, clear, and ready for a President-level audience.
•    Accelerate delivery — chase follow-through, surface and clear blockers, and keep momentum across teams that do not report to you.
 
 

Required Skills To Be Successful:

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data and business-case modelling.
•    Excellent communication — able to build and present materials that stand up in front of senior executives.
•    A startup mindset: curious, fast, accountable, and energised by change.
•    A track record of running multiple topics at once under real time pressure and high ownership.
 

What Qualifies You For The Role:

•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; top-tier academic or consulting pedigree
•    2 to 5 years in management consulting, digital or technology strategy, fintech, a transformation office, digital business building, or a fast-paced financial services environment
•    Financial services, lending, leasing, or fintech exposure is a strong plus but not essential.
