About the Position:

We are currently looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join Al-Futtaim Lexus in Dubai. You will be responsible to maximize the B2B sales contribution to the company’s profit by continuously increasing Lexus business to business sales volume and market share in the UAE B2B Sector. This include Corporate, Fleet and Dealers.


The key deliverables are as follows:

  • Achieve the budgeted sales and profitability for the B2B Department in all UAE locations
  • Introduce new initiatives and business opportunities to improve market penetration and develop and expand B2B sales
  • Manage bad debts & overdue collection from B2B customers
  • To manage directly through the key accounts managers’ teams all the high volume key accounts
  • To Manage Government Relations, Tenders, Contracts in cooperation with the concerned departments
  • Coordinate with after sales department and Sales stakeholders to enhance B2B customer satisfaction and retention
  • Implement effective Supply Chain Management for B2B customers
  • Manage the manpower requirements and performance of the B2B teams including identification of training needs, talent management.
  • Manage B2B Incentive plans and customer loyalty programmes



About You:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Commercial or in Business Management disciplines. You will have a proven Business-to-Business sales management experience across multiple locations, sales teams & profit centers. Automotive experience preferred and UAE/GCC experience is mandatory. You will have a strong level of commercial awareness and acumen and a thorough understanding of the economic landscape in the UAE. Arabic speaker is an advantage!
