Overview of the Role

Lead Retail HR reporting and people analytics by building automated dashboards, delivering accurate KPIs, and driving data-led decisions. You’ll manage the HR MIS, ensure data integrity, and provide clear visibility to leadership and cross-functional teams.

 

What you will do:

Manpower & Cost Visibility

  • Develop methodologies to track total employee cost.
  • Deliver accurate headcount and manpower dashboards supporting budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

People Analytics & Reporting

  • Own all recurring and ad-hoc reporting for Retail HR.
  • Build, enhance, and automate dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Act as the central point for analytics requests across HR and business stakeholders.

HR Process Support

  • Provide data and analysis for org design, benchmarking, engagement, learning needs, salary review and bonus cycles.
  • Ensure base data accuracy and apply correct calculations for annual cycles.

Data Governance & Accuracy

  • Improve data quality across HRIS in partnership with HR Operations.
  • Maintain HRIS tables, codes, system logic, and data structures to support reporting consistency.

Advanced Data Analysis

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Convert business needs into analytical models, KPIs, and clear insights.

Process Improvement

  • Re-engineer HR processes to improve efficiency and automation.
  • Document and streamline workflows, ensuring scalability and alignment with Retail needs.

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with Group HRIS on system upgrades, integrations, and new tools.
  • Support HR & Finance policy compliance and recommend system/process enhancements.

Manpower Planning & Monitoring

  • Contribute to annual manpower budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
  • Track headcount and manpower cost vs benchmarks (Budget, Forecast, etc.).

Ad-Hoc Support

  • Troubleshoot system/data issues, support technology enhancements, and respond quickly to data & reporting needs.

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or similar
  • 3–5 years in a reporting/analytics leadership role
  • Expertise with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, Access, and multi-source data environments
  • ERP background (SAP preferred)
  • Ability to automate reporting and build scalable data solutions
  • Project management capability and strong problem-solving mindset
