Overview of the role:

Efficiently manage Air Freight Export operations, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, airlines, overseas agents, ground handling agents (GHA), and relevant local authorities

What you will do:

• Manage aerospace shipments for key clients within the aerospace segment, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by effectively coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Execute Air Waybills and manage bookings through airline online systems.
• Operate Dubai Trade and Ground Handling Agent (GHA) systems to prepare import/export declarations and issue delivery orders.
• Apply a strong understanding of INCOTERMS, air freight terminology, and end-to-end logistics processes in daily operations.
• Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels to ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
• Utilize CargoWise EDI or similar logistics platforms, along with MS Office tools, to support operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accurate cost booking for all shipments and transactions.
• Maintain trackers and operational reports, ensuring they are regularly updated and accurately reflect current status.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by upholding Al-Futtaim values and supporting colleagues.
• Exhibit self-motivation and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Required skills to be successful:

- Experienced in handling Aerospace movements 
- Should possess strong understanding of INCOTERMS 
- IATA /FIATA Qualified 
- Experienced to execute Airway bill

About the team:

The role will report in Airfrieght Operations Manager and you will be working in a fast paced and diverse Logistics environment based in Cargo Village.

• 2-4 years in Air Freight and aerospace industr
• IATA /FIATA Qualified
• Having UAE Driving License will be added advantage
