Aftermarket Adminstrator - FAMCO Volvo Trucks - Al Futtaim - Dubai


Job Context:

To provide our customers with industry’s leading class connectivity solutions, FAMCO After Market Admin will be focused on supporting all activities related to Volvo Trucks systems and customer satisfaction.


To provide all support required admin & system solutions by the ability to collect information on the Trucks route, fuel level, location, fault codes, preventive maintenance amount and information about engine idling and driver performance. This support extends to proactive planning of services and to avoid breakdowns as possible; insuring corrective cost is at minimum for FAMCO and extend the support for service contracts maintenance and calculation.


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

University Graduate/ Diploma or suitable experience within Commercial Vehicle industry


Minimum Experience:

3 years’ Fleet /Commercial Vehicle environment.


Job-Specific Skills:

Communication at all levels, reporting, adaptability, problem-solving, analytical skills, Meticulous with attention to detail, Strong IT Skills, In-Depth product knowledge and Technical awareness of Commercial Vehicles.
