Job Description:

Main purpose of this role is to handle Daily Vehicle Purchase and Payment Process ensuring that SOP is being followed and updated accordingly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Updates and sends reports on a daily & monthly basis ensuring that these are generated accurately.
  • Ensures that vehicle purchase & payment is done per the recent SOP.
  • Verifies Vehicle Configuration and ensure required specifications are entered as per the Automall Specification file and the Appraisal Report to ensure accuracy. (100% accuracy)
  • Ensures selling price is accurately updated in the system on a daily basis.
  • Provides assistance to the Wholesale team in system related issues and timely coordination with STS to resolve the routine issues within 7 working days
  • Supervises the team in the absence of the Team Leader
  • Ensures costs are been added after Workshop’s confirmation as per Standard Operating Procedure. In addition, GR and IV are completed in the system based on service order provided by workshop.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate

Minimum Experience:

2 years in in Administration Department. Intermediate user of Microsoft Office applications. SAP knowledge (optional)

Job-Specific Skills:

  1. Highly organised and able to manage time well
  2. Advanced Written and Oral Communication skills
  3. Proficiency in using SAP system
