About The Role 

As part of the Robinsons Administration Team based in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing admin support to the management team such as management reports, sales figures, cash office responsibilities, stock related reports and managing information relating to the staff in the store.  You will be responsible for the movement and accurate recording of stock with John Lewis.  This includes maintaining and closing sales orders, and you will be required to oversee the home delivery process ensuring all items are delivered on time and in perfect condition. 

You will work in a team of five and report directly to the Administration Manager and the Floor Manager.

About You 

The role of an Admin Assistant is to ensure the accurate recording of store data and the environment can be pressured as many jobs within the function are time or date specific. The jobholder has to understand reporting procedures and be able to work to deadlines.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates with advanced MS Word and Excel only will be considered. SAP experience would be advantageous.

You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a retail office environment and must be happy working in shifts.
