Overview Of The Role:
- The Account Relationship Manager is responsible for controlling the F&I operation across UAE, focusing on maximizing product sales by volume and income. This role involves direct management of F&I Managers, driving strategic KPIs, training team members, and strengthening brand integration. The position demands adept relationship management, ensuring effective collaboration with Senior Management and influencing business strategies to foster growth and efficiency.
What You Will Do:
Recruitment and Staffing
- Recruit and install effective F&I managers capable of operating within Automotive Retail Dealer and SME sites.
- Ensure F&I managers are trained in products, processes, and systems.
- Manage the recruitment of staff capable of performing in an F&I environment.
- Performance manage the exit of underperforming F&I Managers.
Performance Management
- Drive achievement of KPI targets focusing on income growth and IPRU.
- Manage the ongoing performance of the F&I team based on agreed KPI metrics and HR issues.
- Conduct on-going F&I review programs and communicate on a regular basis.
- Performance management of brand F&I Managers.
Training and Development
- Control and manage training of F&I Managers to a pre-determined level and implement into the showroom environment post-training.
- Develop brand-specific training for F&I Managers.
- Build, implement, and deliver F&I training programs based on showroom processes and procedures.
Strategic Management
- Support the head of Auto with recommendations on changes to showroom processes for F&I KPI implementation.
- Develop and maintain monthly review programs with AF management to drive actions key to vehicle and product sales growth.
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive vehicle sales.
- Brand integration and relationship management of all F&I related activities.
Relationship Management
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with AF Automotive & AlFuttaim F&I Senior Management.
- Influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels, including AF SMT, AF Regional & Branch levels.
- Develop an agreement on F&I strategy with Senior Management.
- Avoid and resolve issues, developing solutions as required.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and deliver F&I training programs.
- Competency in showroom knowledge, including understanding Connect/CenterPoint systems.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Strong knowledge of F&I processes, structures, systems, and methodologies.
- Previous experience as an F&I Manager is a must.
- Experience in Automotive General Management within a Brand representation environment.
- Proficient in English, with Arabic skills being an advantage.
