About the Job:

 

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Store Manager | Stadium | Doha Festival City | Doha, Qatar to lead our sales team. You will be responsible for consistent operational excellence in the store, has full P&L responsibility, and ensures Brand compliance for the store.  He / She develops annual business plan for the store.  He / She creates a working environment that encourages Brand values, teamwork and delivery of the results and exceptional customer service.

 

About You:

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Graduate Degree
  • 8+ years of experience from sports background
  • Motivated and can work towards set targets and KPI'S
  • Experience with and passion for premium fashion brands
  • An eye for Sports trends & friendly
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Customer focus
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as good organizational, management and communication and sales skills
