About the Position:

 

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Service Advisor to work with our team in DOMASCO, Doha, Qatar. Service Advisors are the first point of contact in the workshop for a customer and provide a window to the workshop.  You will be the main image builder for the service department and therefore should present a picture of faith and confidence.

You will receive customer vehicles for service/repair jobs and raise repair orders on Dealer Management Systems. In order to do this, you should be technically competent and able to understand the customer needs, raising the Service Orders accordingly. You will need to regularly follow up with the workshop controller and technicians on their vehicles, updating Customers accordingly on the job progress and ensuring delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.

 

About You:

 

A degree/diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering would be preferred along with 3 years’ experience within a reputable dealership.

Strong communication skills are required for this role along with previous customer service experience. The ability to be able to sell value added services, contracts and accessories is an advantage.
