Overview of the Role
We are looking for a skilled Paint Technician to join our Body Shop team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting vehicle surfaces to restore them to manufacturer standards. Your expertise will ensure high-quality finishes and durability, contributing to customer satisfaction and safety.

What You Will Do
•    Prepare vehicle surfaces by applying body filler, sanding, and priming.
•    Apply paint according to manufacturer repair standards.
•    Restore finishes on older vehicles through machine compounding and polishing.
•    Maintain high workmanship standards to ensure quality and durability.
•    Follow all safety protocols, including using protective gear and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
•    Participate in team meetings, safety training, and internal assessments for certification.

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    2–3 years as a car painter in a paint shop.
•    High school pass; ITI course in Automobile Engineering with specialization in car body painting and refinishing preferred.
•    Proficiency in surface preparation, priming, painting, rubbing, and polishing.
•    Understanding of paint mixing technology and painting plastic parts.

•    Knowledge of sanding techniques and polishing machines.
•    Commitment to safety practices and attention to detail.
•    Problem-solving skills, adaptability to new technologies, and eagerness for training and development.
