Overview of the role:

The Marine Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance, and technical support for Honda and Yanmar marine engines and power products. The role focuses on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, supporting aftersales performance, and contributing to sales objectives while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.

What you will do:

•    Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs of Honda and Yanmar marine engines, including outboard and inboard engines
•    Service and maintain Honda and Yanmar power products in line with manufacturer specifications
•    Diagnose technical issues and provide effective repair solutions
•    Maintain up-to-date product knowledge by staying informed of technical updates and model changes
•    Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and key stakeholders
•    Conduct off-site customer visits, providing professional technical support and advice

Required skills to be successful:

•    Strong technical and mechanical expertise in marine engines and power products
•    Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
•    Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Ability to work independently and manage customer-facing responsibilities
•    Good organizational and time management skills

About the team:

You will be part of a dedicated Marine Workshop team supporting Honda and Yanmar operations. The team works collaboratively to ensure high service standards, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across marine aftersales operations.

What equips you for the role:

•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Marine Technician role, preferably within a reputed marine dealership or organization
•    Solid technical background in marine engines and related power products
•    Good command of the English language; Arabic language skills are an advantage
•    Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
•    Professional appearance with a positive and proactive attitude
•    Self-motivated, reliable, and confident team player
