Overview of the role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our Aftersales team in Qatar. The role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting business performance reports that support strategic decision-making across Aftersales operations. You will play a key role in driving data accuracy, reporting excellence, process improvements, service contract administration, and system support while ensuring timely reporting to internal stakeholders and automotive principals.

What you will do:

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly MIS reports to support business and operational decision-making.
• Monitor business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Generate and submit periodic reports to automotive principals (Honda and GAC) within agreed timelines.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with the Call Centre team to generate customer engagement and performance reports.
• Manage the creation, activation, and administration of service contracts and extended warranties.
• Support Aftersales teams by resolving system and SAP-related issues in collaboration with IT.
• Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor CAPEX requests and internal approval submissions.
• Generate monthly overtime and incentive statements with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain records, approvals, contracts, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Ensure all reporting activities meet compliance, quality, and deadline requirements.

Required skills to be successful:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in developing dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Good understanding of business processes, KPIs, and performance measurement.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

About the team:

You will be part of a dynamic Aftersales team focused on delivering operational excellence and enhancing customer experience. The team works closely with business leaders, operations, customer service, finance, and IT to drive performance improvements through data-driven decision-making. This role provides significant exposure to business performance management and strategic initiatives within the automotive industry.

What equips you for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in MIS, business reporting, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience within the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proven experience preparing management reports, KPI dashboards, and business performance analytics.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
