Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for Digital Marketing strategy development and execution for all the brands under DOMASCO.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy-        
  • Development of Digital Marketing Strategy for all DOMASCO brands based on set KPIs
  • Phased execution of the strategy
  • Results analysis using internal tools
  1. Social Media-
  • Develop a strategy for Social Media Management including lead generation & timely content management
  • Manage ad campaigns on Social Media
  • Management and supervision of the social media agency
  • Regularly co-ordinate with all the internal stakeholders to develop content strategy and for approvals of weekly content calendars
  • Ensure compliance of all the social media guidelines set by Al Futtaim group and brand principals
  • Stay updated with the latest social media technology and ad campaign formats
  1. Website & Mobile Management-            
  • Overall management of website and mobile application development
  • Monitoring and suggestions for improvement of key statistics based on website analytics
  • Should be comfortable with various web platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Net Director, WordPress, etc.
  • Managing the CMS for all the websites including the corporate portals and principal site.
  • Regular analysis of web analytics and assessment of traffic and improvement areas
  • Ensure compliance of all web platforms with the guidelines set by Al Futtaim group and brand principals
  1. Digital Campaigns -        
  • Developing a strategy for Digital Media specific campaigns
  • Execution of offline campaigns on digital media
  • Experience with platforms like Facebook Ads & Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc. is a must
  • Create new ad campaigns based on brands sales and marketing objectives
  • Regularly analyses current campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Generate leads from the digital platforms that can be targeted by the sales team
  • Analyze the leads generated and track the lifecycle of the leads including conversion ratios and final sales
  • Identify key channels/sources for leads and optimize marketing budgets for sustained improvement in results
  • Co-ordination with the contact center to for leads qualification and leads analysis
  • Ensure compliance of all campaigns with the guidelines set by Al Futtaim group and brand principals.


  1. Principal-Dealer Co-ordination-
  • Regularly co-ordinate with key brand principal stakeholders to discuss and execute digital marketing requirements
  • Attend webinars/calls organized by brand principals and ensure implementation of requirement outlined in the calls
  • Update key DOMASCO stakeholders on the discussions in the webinars and calls and discuss and organize the next steps
  1. Digital Events -
  • Plan and assist the communications team in the execution of digital led events to be held in the offline space
  • Assist the communications team with all brand events from a digital viewpoint.


Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  1. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge-
  • Bachelors in I.T and a degree in business or marketing
  1. Minimum Experience-
  • 3 years related experience.
  1. Job-Specific Skills-
  • Good understanding to digital media like social media, websites, mobiles, etc.
  • Extremely well organised and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good understanding of technology
  • Background of Information Technology is a plus


  1. Behavioural Competencies-
  • Able to work under pressure while working to tight deadlines and attending to multiple tasks.
  • Able to work with all people internally and externally and build strong working relationships with all.
  • Able to liase confidentially and professionally with principals
